How Our Rules Apply Where You Play

Our terms read the same for everyone who opens an account, but what applies to you depends on where you are and what local rules permit. In supported regions of Pakistan, this page covers the account agreement, our fair-play policy and how we confirm who you are. Where a service is not allowed, we do not offer it. and Easypaisa through to SadaPay and Raast, is drafted to match how those rails actually settle, including reversal timing. Anything you accepted when you opened the account continues to apply until a dated change replaces it, and we tell you in writing before that happens.

Privacy and verification

Verification and payouts

Your account is offered in supported regions. If you move somewhere the service is not permitted, tell us and we will close or pause it and settle any balance held in your name.

Changes are date-stamped on the page, and material ones reach you by email before they take effect. Anything you accepted at sign-up still applies to the period you played under it.

Ask through chat or the policy desk and we confirm in writing. We settle any remaining balance to the rail you funded with, then keep only the records the rules require us to hold.

Each rail is named in the clause that covers it, including how a reversal is handled and how long a settlement takes. Your agreement references the rail you actually used, not a generic wallet.

Start with the help desk, quoting the clause you believe was applied wrongly. If the reply does not settle it, our policy desk takes the case and gives you a written outcome.
